ENROL

Siblings of existing GPAC families who are commencing school in the new calendar year will have priority over new families when allocating places. Placement of all other bookings will be prioritised on the date and time when we have received your online registration (see below). 

The above factors will determine the number of bookings we can offer at any time and, if applicable, how they are prioritised.


ENROLLING FOR 2026

Little one starting at Grays Point Public School in 2026?


GPAC enrolments for NEW families looking to start care in 2026 open Monday 15th September 2025


GPAC enrolments for siblings of existing GPAC children starting Kindergarten in 2026 open Monday 25th August 2025


2026 RE-ENROLMENTS

  • Re-enrolments for 2026 will open on Monday 25th August 2025
  • Current GPAC families wishing to continue with care in 2026 will need to submit the online XPLOR re-enrolment form.
  • This form will be emailed via XPLOR to all families with a 2025 GPAC membership and should only take a few minutes to review the pre-populated information is current and correct.
  • Once the Xplor online re-enrolment form has been submitted, please advise us of your required before and/or after school sessions you require for 2026 via the Booking Request Form. One Booking Request Form per child returning to GPAC in 2026.
  • Places will be allocated on a first in - first served basis.
  • Current families re-enrolling for 2026 will receive priority if the re-enrolment form, code of conduct & expectation charter and Booking Request Form are received before 15th September 2025.
  • Any re-enrolments received after 15th September will no longer have priority and will be processed in order of completed submission along side new enrolments.
  • VACATION CARE ONLY FAMILIES. Children who use our Service for Vacation Care but are not students at GPPS, will still need to re-enrol via the Xplor link emailed, but are not required to submit a Booking Request Form.


2026 SIBLING ENROLMENTS

  • Siblings of existing GPAC children starting Kindergarten in 2026 can enrol from Monday 25th August 2025
  • A link to the enrolment form will be emailed to all current families with a 2025 GPAC membership. This link can also be found on our website.
  • Please have your child's birth certificate, immunisation statement and any health care action plans (if applicable).
  • You will be able to request your preferred sessions of care on the enrolment form. Alternatively, you can submit a Booking Request Form.
  • Siblings of existing GPAC children will have second priority, after children re-enrolling for 2026 and before new families, if the enrolment form, code of conduct and expectation charter and Booking Request Form are received before 15th September.
  • Places will be allocated on a first in - first served basis.
  • Any sibling enrolments received after 15th September will be processed in order of completed submission along side new enrolments.


2026 new family enrolments

  • New families with children starting school at Grays Point PS in 2026 can submit the online enrolment form via the website from Monday 15th September.
  • Please have your child's birth certificate, immunisation statement and any health care action plans (if applicable).
  • You will be able to request your preferred sessions of care on the enrolment form.
  • Grays Point Activity Centre is a CCS approved service. If you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy, please ensure you have supplied your Centrelink CRN and your child's Centrelink CRN.
  • Places will be allocated on a first in - first serve basis.
  • Please also return a signed copy of the code of conduct & expectation charter and About Me form
  • New families will also need to attend a Centre orientation. GPAC will reach out to new families to arrange a suitable time.
  • Children enrolled to start Kindergarten in 2026 will be able to join the January Vacation Care program once their GPAC enrolment is complete.


Enrolling for vacation care only - non-grays point p.s. students

  • Please submit the online enrolment form after 15th September and GPAC will contact you to arrange a Centre orientation.
  • Please have your child's birth certificate, immunisation statement and any health care action plans (if applicable).
  • Grays Point Activity Centre is a CCS approved service. If you wish to claim the Child Care Subsidy, please ensure you have supplied your Centrelink CRN and your child's Centrelink CRN.

STEP 1: Complete Online Enrolment Form

Please have the following documentation ready to complete your enrolment:

  • Parent CRN
  • Child CRN
  • Child birth certificate
  • Child immunisation statement
  • Child photo
  • Any health care action plans - asthma/anaphylaxis/allergy

STEP 2: Download and complete additional enrolment documentation



These documents can be emailed to admin@gpactivitycentre.org or handed in to one of our friendly staff members at the Centre!


STEP 3: Welcome to GPAC!


  • Familiarise yourself with information provided in GPAC Family Handbook
  • Attend an orientation session. All new families will need to attend an orientation at the Centre. Your enrolment officer will reach out to you to organise one.
  • Prepare your child by reading through the children's orientation booklet with them.
  • Closer to your start date you will be sent a Welcome email from Xplor - when you receive this you can create your online account and download the Xplor Home App

GPAC is a fully approved service and eligible families are able to claim Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to reduce out of pocket expenses. Check your eligibility here.

Discounted rate for pre-booked Vacation Care on every day of the week block Monday to Thursday $70 per day
