Pupil Free Day - 17th December 2021 - Expressions of Interest
Dear GPAC families,
We are currently taking Expressions of Interest for the Pupil Free Day scheduled for 17th December 2021.
If you require care on this date, please download and complete the form below and return to GPAC before Friday 26th November. We will also have printed copies available at the Centre, just request that a staff member bring one to the gate when you next pick up/drop off your children.
Please note that bookings will not be confirmed unless there is enough interest from families requesting care on this date to operate.
