Enrolments

GPAC is a fully approved service and eligible families are able to claim Child Care Subsidy to reduce their out of pocket expenses. Staff to children ratio is 15:1 for Before and After School Care Sessions and 8:1 on excursions.

GPAC follows the Australian Government Priority of Access Guidelines when allocating available placements.

The above factors will determine the number of bookings we can offer at any time and if applicable how they are prioritised.

FEES

The below fees are effective from 1st January 2020

Membership $50 per family
Before School Care $20 permanent / $23 casual
After School Care $24.50 permanent / $27.50 casual
Pupil Free Day - Full Day $57
Vacation Care - Full Day $57
Non Notification Fee  $10/ absence not communicated to GPAC 
Late Pick-up Fee $10/5 minutes 
EXISTING FAMILIES - HOW TO RE-ENROL FOR 2021?    

From your feedback in relation to our previous online reenrolment process, we have created a new reenrolment form for the 2021 year. 
We will be manually entering your information into our software and hope that you prefer this process. 
Every family must complete this 2021 reenrolment form, even if you want to continue your current booking pattern into next year. 

This is due back 23 October 2020 and we will advise in Week 4 of your booking pattern in 2021.
You will be sent a confirmation email in Week 5 of your child/ren's placement for 2021, you have 7 calendar days to accept. 
By accepting placement you will need to make payment in Week 6 of the Annual Membership fee of $50.00.

STEP 2: Complete Annual Membership Form, this is now due annually when confirming reenrolment for the next calendar year.
 Invoices for Annual Membership for 2021 will be due Week 6.

STEP 3: If your child has Asthma, Anaphylaxis or any medical requirements, please ensure you prepare documentation and medication required for 2021 and return to centre as soon as possible.

STEP 4: If your child will be commencing Year 5 or 6 in 2021, you will need to complete a Year 5 & 6 Device Agreement for 2021.

NEW FAMILIES - HOW TO ENROL?

Families who are planning to use our service, will need to enrol their child before they can start attending our service.

STEP 1: Register Online

Please create an account using QK Enrol which is an online enrolment program for all new enrolments, you will be required to complete all questions online, following the completion online you will need to print the whole enrolment document and ensure both parent/ guardians sign the back page. This enrolment will then need to be returned to the Centre.

If you have used QK Enrol before you will be able to use your existing family lounge account to apply for care with our service. Simply choose Grays Point Activity Centre from the drop down menu. If you are new to QK Enrol you will need to create a My Family Lounge account.

Once completed, please contact us at admin@gpactivitycentre.org and advise your preferred booking request for 2021. 

We will be contact new 2021 families from Week 6, Term 4 2020 to confirm available positions for 2021.

  • It is mandatory to attend an orientation session if you are new to GPAC. GPAC runs a compulsory orientation session for all new families before their child starts care. New Kindergarten families can be seen during their child’s Best Start Session/ January Vacation Care. We will contact you to arrange an appropriate date and time. 
  • Prepare your child by reading through the children's orientation booklet with them.
